Specifically I agree not to seek financial restitution from American National Tenancy Database ™ as a result of any information provided on the website.   I accept the results of other members and does not necessarily reflect my own level of standards, from the tenants I choose as a result of using this service.

 I understand that if I terminate my membership, all information currently on the site shall remain the property of ANTD and therefore remain a part of the site thereafter my membership has ceased.
