The personal information that is required by you.

We store the following personal information about tenants. All names, current and previous rental addresses, date of birth, drivers license number and state of issue, gender, contact details (phone, fax and email) details of rental history, security deposits, the last four digits of your social security, and personal details unlikely to be known to other people.
This information is to be gathered and match our future tenancy applications.
We do not store sensitive information such as color, religion etc.

Use of personal information.

The information that is collected by the property manager or landlord is solely to perform our functions as a national tenancy database.
If you don’t provide this information, our members will not be properly able to assess your application.  This service minimizes risks to your potential landlord or professional property manager.
Consequently, your tenancy application can be assessed quickly, and this eliminates
the property being handed to another suitable applicant. This information

                                                tenancy history. We limit the
                                                    use of your

personal
information to strictly perform our
functions and do not disclose your information to
any unauthorised third parties, other than our obligations under the law. The only people who view your information are ANTD members, for the sole purpose of seeing your tenant history in regard to your application with them. We take all reasonable steps to ensure your information is accurate, complete and up-to-date at the time of collection.

If you believe your listing is unlawful, inaccurate, or unjust

Contact the listing agent and ask they make the necessary changes.
Resolve the listing. If you wish to request a particular listing to be investigated, based on proven incorrect and unsubstantiated details, contact us.
