SECURITY POLICY

Tenants have negative listings in justifiable and verified circumstances.

Tenants can object to their listings if they can clearly establish the information recorded was incorrect.  American National Tenancy Database (ANTD) makes every effort to correct any proven inaccuracies.

Standards of security of information are developed and applied.

A signed authorization provides you with an additional level of security, and is our company policy for membership.

Discontinued membership to members whom do not comply.

ANTD carefully limits membership to persons that have a genuine purpose for consulting to, and listing information on, the database. Only allowing access to personal information where the individual seeking access has satisfied our identification requirements.

Limiting physical records to disks that are stored in a safety vault.

The most up to date internet security available.
The security of the database is reviewed periodically.

PRIVACY POLICY

Appropriate steps are to be taken to prevent unauthorised access to our database.
Including: to prevent unauthorised modification or disclosure of the records in that database.

Tenant information is not sold to any third party, other than members with an exclusive proven interest in the management of properties for lease.

Tenants volunteer their private information to enable an identification match for the sole purpose of assessing tenants for leasing possibilities only.
