We will be your professional tool for minimizing risk on behalf of your landlord clients, through screening prospective
tenants and helping to identify tenants with poor rental history. We have emerged from the huge void in the business of property
management, and the lack of specific history, or any other history, available on tenants prior to now. This is a non-bias
organization that stores and manages data collected by its members. With a close communicative relationship with property managers and landlords, our record keeping is most comprehensive and the highest integrity.
Our system will allow you to access potentially delinquent tenants, as well allow you to view tenants with a great rental history.
The process consists of entry to our system when they take possession
of the home , this takes no more than 2 minutes of your time. At
cessation of tenancy a further 5 minutes is all that is required
to complete their history, which we then refer to as a listing.
These are known as Create
a Tenant and
Enter Tenant Data, which are
in the member pages. The information you enter can be updated during
the course of any tenancy, and post any tenancy. This tab is the

My Listing on the member page. Updates of a tenants
history is mostly unnecessary, however, if you are in receipt of
'catch up' moneys (money previously in arrears) it is VERY IMPORTANT
that you update the information immediately. As you know, the property
management industry has a major responsibility to property owners
and tenants to ensure that the rights and responsibilities of both
are upheld. This feature gives the tenant incentive to pay back

When taking applications from prospective tenants, please download
our Privacy
Information Agreement form which is conveniently
on the last page of the Tenant
Application form. A tenant unwilling or
reluctant to sign the form, may tell you all you need to know. Ensure
all your applicants return a signed copy to you. If you prefer,
you can fax or email the signed Privacy information agreement form
to us. This also prevents you from misplacing your copy.
It is against ANTD policy to peruse a persons file without their explicit consent, and doing so may be considered unlawful.
Why is ANTD necessary for my business?
This system is superior to any other screening methods you have used
in the past, because it is specific to your needs. It establishes
very quickly their tenancy strengths by answering 20 specific questions
such as their cleanliness during the leased term and upon vacating,
if the tenant paid on time and if they paid all rent due, whether
the entire security deposit was refunded or if extra monies was
owing after the tenant vacated, whether the tenant neglectfully
damaged the property, you will be able to see a pattern of
