This will allow you to print your relevant application now, and fill it in by hand. However if you choose to fill it out online, you do have another option to print again at the end of the application, and send the entire application with your check.

Membership is a 4-step process. Please fill out the following form to create your account.

For example, if your membership lapses and is renewed after the expired period, We can tie your information together and keep your membership number the same.   This also means you can keep track of you properties past and present, more efficiently.

1. American National Tenancy Database conducts a business of information exchange between and amongst its members.
2. The member is accepted as a member only whilst the annual subscription is paid.
3. The company complies with Privacy principles and member agrees to comply with privacy principles.
4. The member agrees with the policies of ANTD as advised on our website and that such policies form part of this agreement.

It is agreed that:

1. Full membership
   The member shall pay to ANTD, an annual subscription fee as notified. The annual subscription fee shall be for each year commencing on the date of this agreement and expiring one year later.
   
   
2. Casual membership
   The casual member pays for only one enquiry at a time, with unrestricted access to enter data on any of his tenants. The member will pay ANTD a casual membership allowing them to access ANTD based on a correct match of a name and some personal details. A casual member will have access as described for a period of 12 months and membership is renewed in the same manner that a full membership is renewed..
   
   
3. Whilst the member is a financial member, ANTD shall provide to that member such information that has been furnished by any other member or members, as to the tenancy record of any individual tenant or proposed tenant.
   
   
4. The member will notify the company as to any particulars as to the status of the listed tenancy, and abide privacy principles by only supplying information that is accurate, complete and up to date. The member agrees to keeping a record accurate, complete and up to date by amending a record if the status changes. The member further agrees that American National Tenancy Database may require documentary evidence to validate a listing on the database and that such evidence may include a tenancy or lease agreement, tenancy history ledger, tenancy application form, and any notices served on the tenant. The member agrees that in the event that such documentation is not supplied to the ANTD by the member, the listing may be removed by ANTD. ANTD furthermore reserves the right to remove any listing at the company’s discretion.
   
   
5. The member agrees it will supply every tenant with an ANTD signed Privacy Information Agreement prior to conducting a search. The member further agrees upon request, the member will provide to ANTD a signed copy of the Privacy Information Agreement.
   
   
6. The member also agrees that it will inform the tenant, that a listing has been made to the American National Tenancy Database.
   
   
7. The company shall be entitled to vary the annual subscription fee, or the casual subscription fee.
   
   
8. The company shall be entitled to refuse membership to any company, person, incorporation, or partnership without needing to provide any reasons for such refusal, and may suspend membership in the event the member has not or is not complying with ANTD rules and regulations.
   
   
9. The member agrees that membership is subject to the policies of ANTD which are available on our website (www.allabouttenants.com)
   
   
10. The member will not provide the membership number or password to any other company, person, corporation or partnership for access to American National Tenancy Database. The member further agrees to only use ANTD for his or her own purpose. Furthermore, listings are not transferable from the same institution to another office of the same name. Each office must hold their own membership.
    
    
11. Your contact details and listing details are viewable for other members to see.
    
    
12. The member agrees to validate their membership details to ANTD, providing evidence that you have a genuine reason to consult and list on our database.
