We are the first and only national tenant database in America, founded mid 2006. What we do is simple. Our company stores information containing all areas of a tenants leasing history. This leasing history is entered into our database by professional property managers and private owners from all over the country, and then graphed on a unique tenant rating system.
We are our own specialized database, leading the industry to a new future in tenant screening. The term "tenant screening" has been widely used and can be confusing. Other companies offer to on sell apartment rent rolls, credit reports, court documents and/or police reports. ANTD does none of these.
