American National Tenancy Database (ANTD) offers you some other forms to assist your business. ANTD recommends the intended user of these forms should also consult the state specific lease clause index before use. These forms are intentionally word formatted, so, for your convenience, you can adapt the state specific tenant laws and apply these laws to the various publications. You can amend, add or delete any segments of the lease forms. Each state may have different laws and statutes pertaining to Tenant / landlord laws. For example, in some states it is illegal for the Lessor to demand the Lessee to pay their legal fees in the event of a successful court case in favor of Lessor; some states only require 3 days notice to terminate (quit) for reasons of default, and other states require 10. Furthermore ANTD is not engaged in rendering legal advice.

The specific ANTD forms have been worded to protect your business, and should remain unchanged and simply printed off from within their PDF format. You must get a signature from the tenant every time.
