The Year (Full) Membership
Yearly membership is $99 with unlimited checks and entering tenant data. We have an introductory offer of $50 for the first years membership.
The Temporary (Casual) Membership
This is designed for only those that require occasional checks, such as the individual landlord with only one or two properties. The cost is $50 for the year, and then additional $10 for each tenant check ONLY if there is a match to the same tenants details in our database.
The Year (Full) Membership
Within 48 hours of applying, you will receive confirmation of your
exclusive membership number and password. Once you receive confirmation
of your successful membership, you will then be able to make tenant entries
and search the database. Please apply here if
you wish to become a member, full or casual. Customers that are not
online, can send their applications via fax or mail. Checks are accepted
if you prefer to send your entire application to our address in the contact
us page. For mailed applications, please allow time for postage; processing
time is approximately one week.
